Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking

A place is confirmed only after Gorakhnath Yoga has confirmed availability in writing and the requested booking payment has been received.

2. Payments

The payment schedule, accepted payment method and any remaining balance will be confirmed before you make your first payment. Bank or payment-processing fees are the guest’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation by the guest

• 30 days or more before the start date: payments are refundable, less non-recoverable third-party costs and payment fees.
• 15–29 days before the start date: 50% of payments received are refundable, less non-recoverable third-party costs.
• 14 days or less before the start date, or no-show: payments are non-refundable.

Where possible, Gorakhnath Yoga may offer a transfer to another published program instead of a refund. This is subject to availability and costs already committed.

4. Changes or cancellation by Gorakhnath Yoga

Mountain weather, road conditions, safety issues, site closures or other circumstances may require changes to the route, transport, accommodation or activities. If Gorakhnath Yoga cancels a program before it begins, program payments received will be refunded. Personal costs such as flights, visas or insurance are not covered.

5. Health, fitness & altitude

Guests are responsible for choosing a program appropriate to their health and fitness. The Mardi Himal program includes trekking at altitude and a planned viewpoint around 4,200 m. Inform the guide of relevant medical concerns before joining.

6. Insurance

Travel and health insurance are not included. Guests are strongly advised to carry appropriate coverage. For high-altitude trekking, insurance should include trekking at the relevant altitude and emergency evacuation.

7. Accommodation & meals

Shared accommodation and vegetarian or vegan meals are included as described on the program page. Shared rooms are normally arranged for two guests. Kathmandu and Pokhara room photos are examples; mountain and conservation-area accommodation may be simpler and vary by location. Private rooms, special requests and additional food or drinks may involve extra costs and depend on availability.

8. Group size & airport pickup

The Muktinath Yoga Journey is planned for a maximum of 12 guests. Airport pickup is included from Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM), Kathmandu, when arrival information is provided in advance.

9. Personal responsibility

Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions from the guide and local providers. Gorakhnath Yoga is not responsible for loss caused by a guest ignoring safety advice or for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged.
