Day by day

The journey

Eleven days moving gradually from city temples and lakeside practice into the sacred landscapes of Mustang.

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

Airport pickup, welcome ceremony and time to settle in.

Day 02

Sacred Kathmandu

Visit Pashupatinath Temple and explore the city. Overnight in Thamel.

Day 03

Kathmandu to Pokhara

Travel by bus to Pokhara, followed by a restorative evening practice. Overnight in Lakeside.

Day 04

Peace Pagoda & Pokhara

Hike to the World Peace Pagoda, meditate, continue to Gupteshwor Cave and Devi’s Fall, then return for kirtan and mantra chanting.

Day 05

Pokhara to Jomsom

Morning yoga, scenic drive to Jomsom and evening activities. Overnight in Jomsom.

Day 06

Dhumba Lake & Kagbeni

Morning yoga, visit Dhumba Lake, then continue to the ancient village of Kagbeni for exploration and evening practice.

Day 07

Muktinath

Morning yoga, journey to Muktinath and time to explore the sacred temple landscape. Overnight in Muktinath.

Day 08

Marpha Village

Yoga, monastery visit, village exploration and time among Marpha’s apple orchards.

Day 09

Tatopani Hot Springs

Morning yoga, travel to Tatopani and time to rest and recover in the natural hot springs.

Day 10

Return to Pokhara

Morning yoga followed by the journey back to Pokhara.

Day 11

Sarangkot, Kaskikot & farewell

Sunrise yoga with panoramic Himalayan views, a hike to Kaskikot Temple for meditation, then return to Lakeside for the farewell.

Yogi Suman

Born in Pokhara, Suman has devoted more than fifteen years to sadhana, meditation and the practice of yoga.

For over a decade, he has taught students from around the world and guided yoga, meditation and Himalayan experiences across Nepal and India.

With a background in trekking since 2010, he brings together yoga, local knowledge and the spirit of the mountains in every journey.
